About Company

Rockstar Art Concierge is a branch of Rockstar Payments, an established Payment Agent who have managed over $5 billion in complex cross border payments. Our specialty is the purchase, payment and delivery of Art, Antiques and other valuable goods from Auctions, Galleries and Private Sellers globally, delivered through secure, compliant channels. We are well connected in the Art World and regularly attend major Art Events.

Why Trust Us?

Using any third party for delicate transactions is always a worry, we understand.

First, we are well known and already trusted in the payments market, with significant volumes of completed transactions.

Second, we are also well known in the Art Market, and while discretion is of course critical, we will be happy to introduce you to other dealers and collectors who have used our services.

Third, all of our services will be legally contracted with you, stating all of the terms of service. This contract will be signed by our legal entity, and you will of course be able to take legal action if we do not deliver.


Finally, and this is important, in case of any mistakes made on our side, we will move the earth in order to make it right.

Purchase Concierge

Rockstar use a combination of our owned companies and individuals to bid and buy from Auction Houses, Galleries or Private Sellers. All of our agents pass required AML and source of funds requirements. We can either set a maximum bid in advance for your purchase, or manage the auction process live with you and our agent. Note that for some sellers, and often for VAT rebates, the initial buyer will need to be the same as the payment settler.

For Buying Concierge services, we change 2% of the lot purchase price (including buyer premium and other seller fees), with a $500 minimum fee.

Payment Concierge

The core business of our company. Once the sellers invoice is received, we accept funds from the buyer as either an individual or legal entity, with full contracts in places stating the overall costs and funds destination. Our banking team then execute the payment - either to your own 'buying agent' or direct to the selling company to complete the transaction.
Payment Concierge services include all banking and foreign exchange fees. For transactions under $100,000, our fee is 4.5% with a $1,000 minimum fee. Larger transactions are negotiated personally.

Delivery Concierge

If you do not have a trusted delivery partner in place, we can easily arrange cost effective, secure and professional art delivery to your required destination. We use established partners for this, with full transparency on the partner, route and costs.
Where Delivery concierge is required, we charge a fixed $500 management fee, plus the direct costs of the delivery solution.

VAT Concierge

Dependent on the jurisdiction and VAT terms of the specific item, we offer a VAT reclaim service which can lead to a very significant rebate once completed (for example UK VAT is 20% for some categories of Art). Our team manage all aspects of the VAT claim, which may take a number of weeks to be finalized.
This service is available for any purchases over $25,000, we charge a success fee of 30% of the VAT reclaimed, before refunding the 70% to you.
